Adrien de Boisanger is the Executive Chairman of Bemberg Capital and sits on the board of the group subsidiaries (Quilvest Capital Partners S.A. and Quilvest Switzerland Ltd). He is the co-founder of 360 Advisory LLP, a buy-side advisory firm, specialising in unlisted equity transactions.

Prior to 360 Advisory, Adrien spent over 15 years working in various Investment Banking divisions of leading Financial Institutions (RBS, Merrill Lynch and BNP Paribas), in Madrid, Paris and London.

During the course of his career, Adrien has advised Financial Institutions and Corporate clients in structuring highly complex financial engineering structures, working in both Fixed Income and Equity divisions.

His managerial responsibilities ranged from origination and structuring, to the execution of cross-border financial transactions.
Adrien acted as Guest Teacher in Finance at the London School of Economics, where he received an award for “outstanding contribution to teaching” in 2014.

He formerly acted as Chairman of the supervisory board of Quilvest Banque PrivÃĐe, and as Vice-Chairman of Quilvest Wealth Management and is currently a member of the board of International Advisory Services, the Bemberg family council.

Adrien graduated from Paris II University (MA Company and Tax Law), and holds two post-graduate degrees from University College London (LLM), and the London School of Economics (Finance). Adrien lives in London.

Robin Filmer-Wilson sits on the Board of Directors of Bemberg Capital, Quilvest Capital Partners and Quilvest Switzerland.

Robin has over 25 years of private equity experience in the US, Asia, the UK and France.

Robin started his career with the private equity team at Brown Brothers Harriman in New York before continuing in Europe with Baring Private Equity Partners, TCR Capital and then the Universities Superannuation Scheme pension fund.

Most recently, Robin is a founding partner at Archimed, a global private equity fund focused on Biopharma and Medtech with offices in Lyon, New York, Singapore and ₮8bn AUM. He currently leads the Pharma Services team there. He is also a Director of the EURÊKA Foundation, ARCHIMED’s charitable foundation.

Robin holds a BSFS from Georgetown University and a MBA from INSEAD.

Board Member

Alexis Meffre is a board member of Bemberg Capital. He joined Quilvest Capital Partners in 2018 and currently acts as its Chief Executive Officer and Executive Committee Head.

Alexis has over 20 years of private equity and finance experience across Europe, the USA and the Emerging Markets.

Prior to joining Bemberg Capital, Alexis was a Director at ACG Capital (ex Groupama Private Equity), co-manager of the investment team and member of the investment committee. He was leading private equity fund Investments in primary and secondary opportunities, buy-out, venture capital / growth equity, debt funds / mezzanine, infrastructure and special situations. He was also actively involved in client relationship, fundraising and new products development.

From 2003 to 2007, Alexis worked at Proparco (a French Development Financial Institution) where he co-founded the Private Equity team, focusing on Emerging markets (direct investments, private equity fund investments and co-investments).

He started his career as financial analyst in Sydney with BNP PARIBAS Equities Australia and then joined GOLDMAN SACHS Global Investment Research focusing on EMEA markets in London.

Alexis serves on the Bemberg family council, as well as the Boards of Bemberg Capital, Quilvest Wealth Management S.A., and QCP AM (the Quilvest Group AIFM).

Alexis is a graduate from HEC Paris (Hautes Etudes Commerciales) and IEP Paris (Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris). He is married with four children.

Ana sits on the board of directors of Bemberg Capital and Quilvest Capital Partners.

From 1984 to 2003 she worked for Merrill Lynch in Spain both in the Private Banking and Investment Banking units holding a number of different managerial positions.

Since 2004 she has been a board member of CorporaciÃģn Financiera Guadalmar, a diversified Family Office with assets in Spain and Latin America (mainly Argentina and Chile). She supervises the Financial Investments Committee as well as the investments in hospitality in Chile.

Ana is also member of the board of Grupo Security in Chile since 2009. Grupo Security is a Holding Company owning a Bank, an Insurance Company, an Asset Manager and a Services Company. It is listed in the Santiago de Chile Stock Exchange.

In May 2014 she joined the Board of Inmobiliaria Colonial S.A a listed holding Company which owns Real Estate in Madrid, Barcelona and Paris. She is Chairman of the Audit Committee.

In June 2015 she joined the Board of Acciona S.A, a leading firm in Infrastructure, Renewable Energies and water services. She was also asked to join the Audit Committee. Acciona is listed in the Madrid Stock Exchange.

Gonzalo Tanoira sits on the board of directors of Bemberg Capital, Quilvest Capital Partners, and Quilvest Switzerland. Gonzalo lives in Buenos Aires and is a Director of several Argentine companies.

He is currently the president of the Board of Directors of SA San Miguel, the largest citrus producer of the southern hemisphere, with operations in Argentina, Uruguay and South Africa. He is also a director of Grupo PeÃąaflor, the largest wine company in Argentina.

Previously Gonzalo was the Finance Director of Patagonia Gold, a mining company listed in the AIM market of the LSE, and was appointed by the Argentine government as director in its national airliner, Aerolineas Argentinas. Prior to that, he was the general manager of MBHolding, an Argentinean private equity fund owned by the Miguens family.

During the 90s, Gonzalo worked in investment banking in New York for Bear Stearns, in its corporate finance division for Latin America, issuing debt and equity for major corporations in Latam. He also worked in consulting as an Associate for Booz Allen & Hamilton in its offices in Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo and Santiago de Chile.

Gonzalo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Belgrano University (Buenos Aires) and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

He is a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) and part of the business council of Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires.

Over the past 28 years, the founder and CEO of KNEIP has put his vision and energy into building KNEIP into the preferred partner to the fund industry. He successfully sold his group to Deutsche BÃķrse Group in 2022.

He studied at the University of Paris II-Assas and the Institut SupÃĐrieur de Gestion, Paris. 

The business acumen gained from his past experiences as founder of ChÃĻque-Repas Luxembourg S.A., International Development for Sodexo Group, Managing Director of Germany’s Weka GmbH & Co KG and Managing Director of PublicitÃĐ et Promotion S.àr.l have contributed to KNEIP’s success today. 

Bob holds industry, charity and media Directorships, which serve to add value not just to the company, but to the Industry as a whole.

Mr. Hoss is a partner at Elvinger Hoss Prussen, sociÃĐtÃĐ anonyme since 1990. He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1987.

His principal fields of activity are mergers and acquisitions as well as capital markets, securitisations, banking, finance and securities law.

Philippe is a member of various working groups set up by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier, the Luxembourg regulator of the financial sector. He is also member of the working group of the Commission d’Etudes LÃĐgislatives at the Ministry of Justice in charge of the reform of Luxembourg Company Law.

He lectures on various business and financial law matters at Luxembourg University and on company law in the courses for admittance to the Luxembourg Bar.
Philippe authored the first published English translation of the Law of 10 August 1915 on commercial companies and of all subsequent updates thereof. He also authored the first published English translation of the law of 30 March 1988 on understandings for collective investments which implemented the first EU UCITS Directive of 1985.

He holds a post graduate degree (DEA) in business law from the University of Paris I, PanthÃĐon Sorbonne.

Hugues is currently a senior advisor to five European families, Advent International (one of the largest PE firms in the world) and Luxaviation (the leader in business aviation worldwide). He also chairs Maison Moderne, the leading independent media group in Luxembourg and is a director of Intesa San Paolo Holding International as well as Edmond de Rothschild (Europe).

Between January 2020 and March 2022, he oversaw the turnaround of Kneip Communication and its successful sale to Deutsche BÃķrse Group. He was chairman of the Management Board and Group CEO of BIL (Banque Internationale à Luxembourg) between 2014 and 2019.

Hugues, French by origin now Luxembourgish, garnered his 30-year banking experience (of which 17 in Asia) in senior leadership positions with ABN AMRO, UBS and CrÃĐdit Agricole Indosuez. Before taking over BIL’s leadership, he was CEO of ABN AMRO Private Banking in Asia & Middle East as well as Country Manager for Singapore.

Hugues holds an MBA from INSEAD and is also a graduate of HEC Paris (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales).

Vicky joined Bemberg Capital as Head of Asset Selection in 2024, reporting to the Executive Chairman. In this role she is responsible for day-to-day investment activities, cash deployment, portfolio performance monitoring and reporting.

Previously Vicky was Head of Private Markets at Coal Pension Trustees Investment Ltd, where she managed investment across private equity fund and co-investment, special situations debt, infrastructure and property and was a member of the CPTI Investment Committee for the British Coal and the Mineworkers’ pension schemes.

Prior to joining CPTI in 2018, Vicky was a managing director in Cambridge Associates’ pension practice, advising clients on asset allocation strategy, manager selection, and investment program evaluation. Before CA, Vicky was the Head of Private Equity at BP Investment Management Ltd and held similar roles at British Airways Pensions Management and Shell Pensions Management Services Ltd.

Vicky began her private equity career in the late 1990s when she was an early employee at Altius Associates Ltd., a global private equity advisory firm founded in 1998.

Olga is the Chief Financial Officer of Bemberg Capital and heads all group central finance activities. She is based in Luxembourg.

She joined the Quilvest group in 2018 to lead the finance function of Quilvest Capital Partners, Bemberg Capital’s leading mid-market alternative investment company. Olga serves on the board of directors and heads the Audit Committee of Quilvest Capital Partners AM SA (the Quilvest Group AIFM supervised by the Luxembourg CSSF). She also serves as Chief Financial officer of Quilvest Capital (Dubai), a group entity supervised by the DFSA.

She brings more than 20 years of accounting, controlling, tax and financial experience in both non-financial and financial sectors.

Her professional experience is complimented by more than 10 years of lecturing Accounting, Controlling, Financial Math and Risk Management.

Olga holds an MSc from Baltic Federal University and a Doctorate degree in Economics.

Florian oversees all legal related matters, providing guidance to Bemberg Capital and Quilvest Capital Partners, the leading mid-market alternative investment firm backed by Bemberg Capital. He advises, among others, on fund formation, investments and divestments structuring and execution, and corporate governance.

Florian also serves as a Board member and is a member of the Audit Committee at Quilvest Capital Partners AM SA, a regulated AIFM supervised by the Luxembourg CSSF.

Before joining the Quilvest group in 2020, Florian held the position of Senior Counsel at Emirates Investment Authority in Abu Dhabi, the sovereign wealth fund of the UAE’s Federal Government.

Earlier in his career, Florian spent six years as an attorney-at-law in the Corporate and M&A department of the international law firm Loyens & Loeff in New York and Luxembourg.

He is admitted to the Bar in Paris and Luxembourg and holds a Master Degree in Law (LLM) from Kings College London. Florian was recognized in the Legal 500 GC Powerlist France 2023.

Jean-BenoÃŪt Lachaise is the Chief Financial Officer and General Secretary of Quilvest and is based at the group head office in Luxembourg.

Prior to joining Quilvest in 2004, Jean-BenoÃŪt was CFO and Risk Manager of Credit Lyonnais Luxembourg (Euro 4 billion AUM). He became member of the Bank’s Executive Committee in 1999.

He joined Credit Lyonnais Luxembourg in 1997 as Head of Internal Audit. Earlier, he was Internal Auditor at Credit Suisse Luxembourg from 1994 to 1997.

Prior to his banking career, Jean-BenoÃŪt worked for two years as a Financial Controller for an automotive industrial company (Guardian Industries).

He started his career with audit firms, first with Arthur Andersen and then with Coopers & Lybrand. Jean-BenoÃŪt is a graduate of ESC Bordeaux.
